Richard Roberts, MD
Chair
Verona, WI

Dr. Roberts is a Professor and past Chair in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine & Public Health in Madison. A family physician and attorney, he has practiced in rural Belleville, Wisconsin, since 1987.

After receiving a B.A. in philosophy and a law degree from the University of Wisconsin, Dr. Roberts matriculated at George Washington University for his medical degree. He completed a family medicine residency at UCLA-Santa Monica.

Dr. Roberts is President of the American Academy of Family Physicians Foundation and the World Organization of Family Doctors (Wonca). He serves as a member of a number of advisory councils, guidelines panels, and international delegations and has authored more than 150 publications.

Dr. Roberts and his wife Laura, an exercise physiologist and fitness consultant, live in Verona, Wisconsin; they have four children.

Robert A. Lee, MD
Urbandale, IA

Dr. Lee completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Northern Iowa and attended medical school at the University of Iowa College of Medicine. He completed his family practice residency in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Dr. Lee has served as a member of the Board of Directors at the Iowa Medical Society since 2006. He is also a member of the Iowa Academy of Family Physicians and served as President in 2000-2001 and Board Chair in 2001-2002.

He currently practices at Lee and Ruisch Family Medicine Physicians in Johnston, Iowa.

William E. Kobler, MD
Rockford, IL

Dr. Kobler is a board-certified family physician and member of OSF Medical Group in Rockford, IL. He is on staff at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center and is a retired clinical assistant professor of family medicine at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford.

Dr. Kobler received his undergraduate degree from Luther College in Decorah, IA, and his medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago. He completed a three-year residency in family medicine in Rockford.

George C. Mejicano, MD, MS
Madison, WI

Dr. Mejicano received his medical degree from the University of Illinois in 1990. After finishing his post-graduate clinical training at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, he became board certified in both internal medicine and infectious diseases. In 1996, Dr. Mejicano received a Master of Science degree in adult and continuing education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Dr. Mejicano is currently a Professor of Medicine in the Section of Infectious Diseases in the Department of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He currently serves as the Associate Dean for Continuing Professional Development and is the Director of the Office of Continuing Professional Development at the University of Wisconsin. He also serves as current president for the Alliance for CME.

Kenton K Moss, MD
Algona, IA

Dr. Moss is a 1974 graduate of the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science Degree and a 1978 graduate of the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. He completed his three-year residency at the Davenport Medical Education Program, St. Luke's/Mercy Hospital in 1981. He has been certified by the American Board of Family Medicine since 1981 and since 1989 in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Trauma Life Support.

Dr. Moss serves on the Member Advisor Committee for the Iowa Academy of Family Physicians and the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Board of Directors for Iowa and South Dakota. He has served on the Wellmark Health Plan Board of Directors since 2000 and was named Chairman of the Board in 2003. In 2004 he was named Iowa Family Physician of the Year by the Iowa Academy of Family Physicians. He currently practices family medicine at the North Iowa Mercy Family Care Network in Algona.

Carolyn C. Lopez, MD
Chicago, IL

Dr. Lopez completed her undergraduate work at Loyola University in Chicago and received her MD in 1978 from the University of Illinois Abraham Lincoln School of Medicine. She is a graduate of the Rush-Christ Family Practice Residency Program and has been Board Certified in Family Medicine since 1981.

Dr. Lopez previously served as Medical Director of the Chicago Park District and Chief Medical Officer of Rush Prudential Health Plans. She served as Chair of the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County. She is currently a Professor in the Department of Family Medicine
of Rush Medical College, Adjunct Professor of Family Medicine at Northwestern
University Feinberg School of Medicine, Medical Director of Near North Health Service Corporation and President of the Chicago Board of Health.

Colleen M. Nichols, MD
Waukesha, WI

Dr. Nichols received her undergraduate degree at Marquette University in Milwaukee in 1988 and her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1992, where she also completed her residency.

Dr. Nichols currently serves as Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin and the Medical College of Wisconsin and practices at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.
