Course Overview
This educational conference is designed to educate and provide a systematic update for clinicians working in the primary care office setting.  Interactive and case-based Seminars with the Faculty augment evidence-based lectures presented by physicians from leading medical institutions.

Credit will be issued only upon receipt of an online activity evaluation.  After submitting these forms, you will be able to print out your credit certificate.  This activity should take 13.5 hours to complete
